I have extensive experience in crafting and executing social media strategy for companies that range from food & beverage to entertainment and nonprofit. This includes building and implementing ad plans, organic content strategy, and national influencer marketing campaigns. Here you'll find a selection of my recent projects:

Influencer Marketing: Granville Island Brewing

  • 4 month national influencer marketing campaign to support the launch of a new beer
  • Recruited a roster of 25 national (Canadian) influencers that covered beer, lifestyle, and active living 
  • Led contract negotiations and development of brand guidelines
  • Managed influencer relationships, contract deliverables, and payment schedule

Content Strategy: Vancouver International Film Festival

  • Designed and implemented the multimedia content strategy for the 2016 & 2017 Vancouver International Film Festival (VIFF) across Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and the festival blog
  •  Strategy included organic content, ad-buying, live event coverage, engagement, and community management
  • VIFF is a 10-day festival that screens 200+ features films and hosts 10+ community events - all of which are covered on social

Ad-Buying: Indie Film Launch (U.S.)

  • Built and implemented the social media ad-buying strategy on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube for the national release of an independent film across the United States
  • The campaign targeted key demographics informed by social market research 
  • Tracked analytics with a Facebook pixel to monitor the success of the campaign, retarget ads, and increase ROI 
  • ROI was determined by reach, video views, and landing page visits
